Thanks to its stable operating performance, OptiLayup™ protects the press tools and increases performance in the massive lamination process for multilayer Rigid PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) production.

Versatile usage

Our release product can be used on both side of the cushion press pad to avoid it sticking to the plates and consequently preventing any fiber cross contamination as well as an extensive and labor-intensive plate cleaning .

It can also be used between separator plates and substrates to protect the plates of resin squeeze-out and to preserve substrate integrity.
