Code of Conduct

Describes the ethical principles that direct the way we conduct business in our company, including complying with all laws and regulations, respecting human rights and the environment, maintaining a safe, healthy and fair workplace, ensuring individual data privacy, acting as good citizen in our communities, and avoiding conflicts of interest.


Supplier Code of Conduct

Establishes clear requirements for our suppliers related to legal compliance, human rights and the prevention of child labour, health and safety, responsible business, environmental impacts, and transparency.


Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Dedicates Ahlstrom-Munksjö to creating a zero accident workplace through preventative activities, behavior-based safety interactions, safety inspections and auditing, and tailored safety training to ensure a safe working environment.

Anti-Bribery Policy

Further specifies Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and other corrupt practices.

Requires ethical tax practices, including reporting and paying taxes in a timely manner and in compliance with local regulations in the countries where the company operates and prohibiting aggressive tax planning and artificial arrangements or transactions purely aiming at achieving tax benefits.
