In my job the best thing is meeting new people, learning new technology and being part of innovation for healthier, clearer environment.
Each phase of my AM path has been a great opportunity to learn. You can always find something to learn and develop. I started as sales rep, where I learnt the basic sales technique and product knowledge, then moved to the Key account manager role and learnt about project management and communication skills. Now I’m leading a team where I am able to learn leadership and coaching in a more concrete way.
