To find out what kind of company culture we have and what are the sources of our strengths we asked feedback from our people in Culture Pulse survey. Based on this feedback and conversations with our leaders, six Culture Cornerstones were identified.
These cornerstones define the core characteristics in our shared culture and where we focus in the future.
