Every day, Ahlstrom-Munksjö is on a global journey to live out its sustainability commitment. We know that the people and communities who make our work possible, the environment and the resources we all share and our fiber innovation capabilities are critical to our long-term business success.

We believe that maintaining good social, economic, and environmental results helps us to manage risks, reduce costs through resource efficiency, strengthen our brand and identify products and process innovation opportunities that can boost our growth. That is why, over the course of 2017, we identified nine material topics, divided into three pillars, that will be our priority in order to ensure our sustainable development:
