When sales managers become cooking chefs

When sales managers become cooking chefs

In November our Asia-Pacific Sales Managers became cooking chefs. Guided by professionals, they experienced our baking papers solutions in real conditions. This internal training took place in a cooking studio located in Bangkok, Thailand.

This live testing was part of an in-depth internal sales training dedicated to our fiber-based solutions for food applications. During the cooking session, participants could experience themselves how our complete baking paper portfolio performed in real conditions. We tested the performance in baking and steaming. Whether for single or multi-uses our baking papers solutions range from Genuine Vegetable Parchment to siliconized greaseproof papers.

“I have done Dim Sum many times, but always used a basket without a baking paper”, says Pornchai Egpongphisit, Vice President  Sales Asia, Specialties Business Area. “Steaming and cooking with a baking paper was easy and also saved in washing dishes. “

Getting a high level of expertise and good market understanding is essential to build solid partnership with customers. Training of our teams is crucial to enable them presenting solutions well adapted to customer’s requirements.

Whether for baking, cooking or flexible packaging applications, we support converters and brand owners in developing strong and sustainable consumer experience in the food industry. Our solutions for the food industry are as wide as the numbers of end-uses we serve. From baking papers, candy wrappers to pet food bags, you’ll find our fiber-based materials in numerous everyday life final end-uses.
