We create value with our unique expertise in combining both natural and synthetic raw materials, with chemistry, into innovative products. About 90% of our fibers come from renewable sources. Sustainability is at the heart of our operations and our products are designed to minimize their environmental impact over the whole life cycle. We offer more with less.
The needs of our customers are affected by end-user behavior. This challenges us to constantly develop and improve our fiber-based material solutions. The global trends faced by our customers, such as resource scarcity, demographics and population growth, and resource efficiency, steer our product offering and provide us with a wealth of opportunities.
The market for many of our products generally grows faster than the global economy, driven by the substitution of products that have traditionally been made from plastics, textiles or aluminum.
